Chris Joseph

PHD

Executive Director

Chris Joseph brings over twenty years of experience transforming complex, mission-driven organizations across government, non-profit and higher education, in Canada and internationally. He has directed multi-million-dollar initiatives, built high-performing multidisciplinary teams and navigated demanding regulatory environments to move organizations from vision to operational reality. Much of that work has been in service of vulnerable populations, where success means real and lasting differences in people’s lives.

Colin McVicker

MA, RP

Clinical Director

Colin McVicker brings more than twenty years of experience leading community mental health and addictions services across Ontario and the United States. A Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Health Leadership, he has held senior and system leadership roles at Sanguen Health Centre, CMHA Waterloo Wellington and Homewood Health Centre, and more recently has consulted on clinical program design and taught healthcare leadership at Conestoga College. He is drawn to Eli’s Place by a conviction he has carried throughout his career: that recovery happens through meaningful work, shared responsibility and community belonging, and that the role of a clinical leader is to live within that community, not above it.
